Alternative methods of dispute resolution have now become increasingly prevalent due to the difficulties of attempting to resolve disputes through court hearings.
The Islamic Council UK (ICUK) works with you in arriving at a resolution which is in line with The Quran & Sunnah.
ADR / Islamic Mediation can work without any need for legal representation.
ADR / Islamic Mediation is more informal than court procedures, and since not all disputing parties wish to take matters to court.
